A child-friendly take on our popular Chinese Martial Arts program, Mini Martial Arts is a highly interactive, fun, and exciting program, ideal for young children under 6. A typical workshop explores the origins and characteristics that Martial Arts is known for; and aims to teach an appreciation of the mind, body, and spirit, through engaging and meaningful activities.
Mini Martial Arts can be adapted to different ages and physical abilities, the children will have the opportunity to try out some simple movements and actions for themselves!
